Time-saving control and overview: RFID-ready connection cables. Always keep track of your event technology! Sommer cable's partner company relyos offers an innovative solution to increase efficiency in goods and inventory management.

The relyos hand-held scanner or the relyos GATE counts every incoming or outgoing product in your logistics.Our connection cables are now available premade with a built-in RFID transponder (article suffix “S”) and can be tracked using the relyos system.

Unexplained cable and equipment shrinkage is now a thing of the past – always keep track of your flow of goods.

How it works

The new connection cables are equipped with durable RFID transponders that are attached at the cable end. For XLR cables, for example, these are attached to the side of the male plug to ensure that the transponders do not interfere with installations and normal stage applications. The transponder is firmly and securely fixed by a shrink tube that is covered with the relyos logo. With a lifespan of about 30 million read operations, these chips are ideally suited for heavy use in everyday event applications.

Maximum flexibility thanks to system integration

The relyos system is fully compatible with leading rental software such as EasyJob and Rentman. It can also be connected to your own ERP system via an API interface.
