The High End HDMI cable HI-HD48 by HICON with robust full metal connectors supports a bandwidth of up to 48Gbit/s and a resolution of up to 10K on a length of up to 5m. For longer cable lengths, we recommend the HI-HO48 active optical HDMI cable.

The high bandwidth enables higher color depths and frame rates, for example 8K image material in 4:4:4 color space is reproduced uncompressed at a color depth of 12-bit, compressed (DSC 1.2) it is 10K at 16-bit color depth.

Especially for 3D, virtual reality applications or for video games, higher frame rates and bandwidths play an increasingly important role. Via an improved audio return channel (eARC), object-based audio formats can now also be sent via the HDMI cable. For this purpose, the permissible bandwidth for the eARC has been increased from 1 Mbit/s to 37 Mbit/s.

The HDMI cable is used to connect your game console, receiver, DVD player or similar to the TV set, video projector or monitor. Thereby the cable supports all important transmission standards.

The cable has been tested by an authorized test laboratory according to HDMI 2.1 test specification.

The cable diameter varies depending on the cable length.

The active optical HICON-HDMI 48G cable consists of a high-performance fiber optic construction in a Highflex jacket and is equipped with robust full metal connectors incl. microelectronic components. It supports the latest UHD-2 transmission standards and is the ideal connection of components with HDMI 2.1 interfaces. The cable transmits your multimedia signal lossless even over longer distances and supports a bandwidth of up to 48 Gbit/s and a resolution of up to 10K.
