HICON BNC 3G-SDI crimp-female connector, ground isolated, thread 1/2", gold
The BNC connector (Bayonet Neill Concelman) is one of the best-known coaxial connectors and was invented at the end of the 1940s. It is available with 50 or 75 Ω characteristic impedance and is primarily used in radio, video, medical and computer technology. Our connectors comply with the specifications of IEC 169-8, MIL-C-39012.
HICON is one of the few manufacturers to offer not only cable plugs, but also panel jacks in common formats as attenuation-optimised direct crimp versions.
The HD-SDI/3G-SDI broadcast BNC panel jack Crimp 75 Ω offers hard gold-plated contact surfaces with 4 μm and a brass/beryllium bronze housing with a corrosion-resistant finish. It is specially designed for HD-SDI/3G-SDI applications, 2-pin, female and ground-insulated. It is suitable for cable types such as SC-Slimline (RCB), Transit, Transit Kombi HD, Observer1 HD, Transit MC5230HD and Transit MC5231HD06.
