The Twins
In 1980, Sven Dohrow and Ronny Schreinzer founded the Berlin synthpop duo “The Twins”, inspired by bands such as OMD and Depeche Mode. Their first single, “The Desert Place”, brought them their breakthrough in Germany and the USA, followed by hits such as “Face To Face” and “Ballet Dancer” in Europe. With successful tours and chart positions, they established themselves beyond the 80s. After a break, they released a remix album in 1991 and later albums and anniversary releases, including the 2018 release “Living For The Future” with another world tour.
