Here the cables are "wrapped" around four fingers. One finger is movable for easy removal of the wound cable (gets moved towards the inside!). You can unwind everything, from a 20 mm inside diameter coil opening, even loose cable bundles measuring 300 mm. Cranking is done manually. An angular gear box converts the movement of the rotating disk into a horizontal turning movement.
The advantage: The cable stays put and cannot drop towards the front. This enables simple and fast handling. The drum consists of a solid metal rack with 4 locking rollers, 1 deflection roller, 2 centering mandrels, 1 hand crank, and 1 winding plate.The cable meter counter (order separately - ORDER-NO: MISTER-METER) measures the unwound length precisely.
Movably installed cutting scissors (order separately - ORDER-NO: PC85) turn the winder into the perfect portable helper. If you work with the floor roller then the cable will run across a deflection roller (see picture on right). A second winding plate (MISTER-PLATE) enables winding from ring to ring.
Everything has been thought of to make it universal. It is small and handy, so it can be moved to wherever it is needed. You too can utilize all of these advantages!
