are made of 2.5 mm thick,coated, indestructible stainless steel. The front panels are either available with components or as blanks, ready to connect. We mostly use countersunk torque screws. Most of the holes for the plug connectors are threaded, which significantly reduces the installation time and makes counter-nuts obsolete.

The inside wiring...

for the audio connectors are simple 14- or 16-pin flat belt cables (crosstalk damping 100 dB - measured on an open input), usually with a separate ground and an additional ground for the casing. The flat plug has genuine gold-plated contacts (Protection Class 2) and a lock that ensures safety even during tough stage operation. The receptacles on the boards are clearly identified and numbered.
