Multipin distributors for lighting (e.g. for PAR64/PAR56 spots)
The robust SOMMER Cable distributors are used where several individual units (theatre spots, individual PAR spots, floor spots, audience blinders, etc.) are to be connected to a load multicore. The very compact and robust design also make them ideal for use on traversing systems.
The Schuko distribution boxes are available with a powder-coated, robust metal casing with high quality Mennekes-Schuko sockets, as well as two M10 receptacles for threaded grommets. Alternately available is the model with a black, impact-resistant, watertight full rubber casing. Both are either available with one or two 16-pin multipin connectors made by ILME (Harting HAN E - series compatible). The sockets with hinged covers are numbered. The PowerCon distributors have 12 Powercon sockets (2 channels each) and multipin connectors made by ILME.
For easy load input - e.g. for dimmers without MP output - version multipin socket --- 6 x Schuko plug is recommended, equipped with our robust Rubberflex and solid Schuko cable plugs by Mennekes. The splice is clearly identified by numbers. The multipin distributors are supplied pre-wired.
