is one of the main features of this stagebox. The connector surface is slanted and the XLR-cables do not protrude excessively, so they cannot be bent. Everything is appealing and clearly structured, and nobody will trip over the “darn thing“.
The PLUG MAMA MK II is a reasonably priced, professional, pre-wired stagebox of elegant design. We use high quality components, e.g. our flexible multipair cable QUANTUM HIGHFLEX with overall foil shielding and separate insulation, numbered and color-coded wire pairs, as well as HICON HI-XEF3N or HI-XEM3N mounting plug connectors.
The steel casing is incredibly robust and scratch-resistant. The input connectors are clearly separated from the output connectors, and the outputs are exactly where they belong, at the back of the box!
For clarity the large numbers have been shifted slightly to the right, where they are not obscured by the locks on the XLR-sockets. The small PLUG MAMA MK II PM 12/4 is ideal for the subdistribution of drums. It is only half as wide as the box shown here.
Standard lengths for the multipairs are 10, 25, 33, or 50 meters. The cable ends have a 1.2 meter splice.
