SC-ALBEDO Series HI-CM05 / Series NC3FX/MX-SOM
When you can hear a pin drop you not only have excellent hearing, but also excellent HiFi-components inside your phono cabinet. We have developed the reference cable SC-ALBEDO for the highest demands.
The SC-ALBEDO especially stands out because of the 100 % dense multiple shielding and a lively, detailed rendition. The tightly stranded oxygen-free copper litz is equipped with a very effective conductor smoothing factor. It guarantees very good conductive value and corrosion protection, and also protects the copper against attacks from the softener contained in the PVC.
The insulation consists of a polypropylen mixture. The outer, tightly stranded, and tin-plated spiral shielding and the coated aluminium foil provide very good protection against HF- and LF-interference.
The SC-ALBEDO has very good capacitive values and a low conductor resistance, due to the dense stranding and the use of fine individual litz (0.05 mm) - as we expect from a reference cable. And the SC-ALBEDO - you will be delighted - is affordably priced.
We use the new high quality HICON HI-CM05 cinch connector with Teflon insulation, a genuinely gold-plated solid pin, and a gold-plated strain relief. This connector is not easy to work with, but take the trouble it is well worth it!
Now the SC-ALBEDO is also available with "SATIN" XLR-connectors for balanced application, with a genuine gold-plated contact on both the male and female version.
