SUB-D AES/EBU YAMAHA ASSIGNMENT
For SUB-D cabling we offer a large selection of premade looms in different
configurations. We use our 8-pair flexible, pair-insulated multipair SC-MISTRAL MCF and SubD EMC-conformant solid metal connectors made in Germany. The standard assignment complies with the digital AES/EBU 2 x 8-channel standard by YAMAHA. Please consider that, depending on the units connected, the respective permissible cable length should not be exceeded to ensure fault-free transmission. Information about max. permissible cable lengths can be found in the technical data sheets for the implemented hardware. The respective assignments can be found on the last pages of this catalogue under “Wiring diagrams“.
We accept orders for other assignments and specialty orders in writing, via fax, or send an e-mail to support@sommercable.com. The splice for individual connectors on the opposite side is 0.8 m long.For “quick-lock“ applications the SUB-D housing can simply be replaced.
