Naked and crackling...

That will get the imagination going. The "naked" cable has it's advantages, because it is slimmer and more adaptable. But it should not "crackle", because we enjoy the movement more without the interference of the "crackling noises" which often arise when other multicores are bent. To minimize the diameter we left the insulating jacket off the wire pairs. So all that is left is the foil shielding on the wire pairs. Not only the tiny diameter is an advantage, but also the price.
The technicians will also like this cable, because we put great emphasis on good workmanship during development of the SC-PLANET FMC. The compound foil on the wires does not come apart when the shrink tube is pulled on, but can be cut and worked with easily. The entire cable was fitted with a solid and easily removable AL/PT-foil and a pre-twisted drain wire. The entire foil shielding remains on the inside of the jacket during stripping. The conductors are color-coded. Due to the low capacity it is ideal for long distances (e.g. for cable drums).
Starting now we will supply the FMC-version with two additional channels at the same price! On your multipair these can be used as safety channels (simply connect to the ground of the MP-connector).

THE ADVANTAGES:

  • Compact diameter
  • Excellent to work with due to the use of a special AL/PT-foil
  • Flexible due to the special wire construction
  • Good shielding due to the overall and individual wire pair shielding
  • Very good pricing

THE APPLICATION:

  • Reasonable cable for the construction of stage box systems and multipin-multipair systems (central ground)
  • Dependable cable for permanent installation in installation technologies
